Changeling OC

Their name is Everett, I made the small story before I made the design lol, here's the story summarized;
 This is a changeling minion of Chrysalis who was chosen to go to ponyville and investigate the princessness of Twilight Sparkle. They were supposed to steal all the information and stuff but instead meet Twilight and her friends and somehow becomes friends. Oh yeah, did I mention they disguised himself as a female pony named Estelle? Anyhow, they finds himself entangled in this friendshipness. They is ordered by Chrysalis to go and find more information on Celestia's whereabouts and awkwardly is crushed on by one of the mane six *hint hint rarity*
He is caught by Celestia and was to be put in prison but Twili and her friends are like hael no and rarity's like gross.

Yeah, so summarized; They were supposed to do evil stuff but Twili's friendship stopped em. they also almost got imprisoned by Princess Celestia.
